Crafted Cedar 2-Year Limited Warranty
At Crafted Cedar, we build products to last. To give you peace of mind, we offer a 2-year limited warranty on all raised beds.
What is Covered
Any failure in the structural integrity of the wood or the sliding dovetail joints due to a defect in our milling or manufacturing process.
What is Not Covered
- Customer Error: Damage caused by improper assembly, site leveling issues, or hitting the bed with machinery (lawnmowers, etc.).
- Natural Weathering: Cedar naturally turns silver-gray over time and may develop "checking" (small surface cracks). These are aesthetic traits of natural wood and do not affect structural integrity.
- Misuse: Using the garden bed for purposes other than planting (e.g., as a structural retaining wall or seating).
- Modifications: Any staining, painting, or structural changes made by the customer.
Returns
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship, but if you need to make a return, we are here to help.
- 30-Day Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping: Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
