Free Shipping on Every Order
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. The price you see is the price you pay—no hidden shipping fees at checkout.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
To ensure your items arrive safely and quickly, we primarily use the following carriers:
- FedEx & UPS: Most standard orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

Freight & Pallet Shipments: For exceptionally large or heavy custom orders, we may ship your item on a pallet via a freight carrier.
- Note: If your order requires freight shipping, we will contact you directly prior to shipment to discuss the delivery process and ensure your location can accommodate a pallet delivery (e.g., liftgate requirements or limited access).
Custom Orders & Lead Times
Each of our custom pieces is built to order with precision and care.
- Lead Times: Because custom work takes time, lead times vary based on the complexity of the project. A specific estimated lead time will be provided to you along with your initial quote.
- Delivery Estimates: Once your custom piece is finished and ready to ship, we will notify you with the final shipping details and an updated delivery estimate.
Our Sustainable Packaging
Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. To reduce our carbon footprint and minimize waste, we aim to reuse as much packaging material as possible. Don't be surprised if your order arrives in a box that has had a previous life!
- We ensure all reused materials are clean, sturdy, and provide maximum protection for your cedar products. We encourage you to continue the cycle by recycling or reusing the packaging once your order arrives.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
- Tracking: You will receive an automated email with tracking information as soon as your label is created. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the status.
- Stolen or Lost Packages: While we monitor shipments closely, we recommend keeping an eye on your tracking link. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately at [Insert Email Address] so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
